HEALTH AND SAFETY - Requirements To Attend This Conference
Proof of full vaccination for Covid-19 will be a requirement to attend the Pacific Northest Medical Management Conference. After the registration process, conference management will contact you to upload a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card for verification.
Fully vaccinated means a person has received their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines. A person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of J&J/Janssen vaccine.
In addition to proof of full vaccination for COVID-19, we will also follow health and safety mandates as provided by the State of Oregon and Multnomah county in addition to mandates or policies being practiced by the Holiday Inn - Columbia Riverfront during our event dates. Mandates and policies are fluid based on the evolving pandemic situation. Conference management will communicate on mandates, policies or restrictions which will be in-place during our conference dates, with all attendees leading up to the event.
Pacific Northwest Medical Management Conference reserves the right to update the definition for "fully vaccinated" based on the most current CDC recommendations
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
Two Registration Discounts Available – read below to see if you are eligible!
1) If you are current with Oregon MGMA Partner dues OR Washington State MGMA Vendor Affiliate Member dues at the time of the conference, you are eligible to receive a $200 discount on your registration.
2) If you are current with Oregon MGMA Partner dues AND Washington State MGMA Vendor Affiliate Member dues at the time of the conference, you are eligible to receive a $500 discount on your registration.
Eligibility Terms and Instructions:
a. Membership with MGMA at the national level does not apply to this discount.
b. Not a current Oregon MGMA Partner or Washington State MGMA Vendor Affiliate Member? Join BEFORE you register for the conference to receive the discount.

d. You must ensure you are current in your partner and/or member dues at the time of the conference to remain eligible.

Any company desiring to cancel their submitted commitment for this conference must notify conference management, in writing to email@example.com. An administrative fee of $300.00 is withheld on refunds plus the cost of any promotional items already purchased. No refunds will be made on cancellations after March 31, 2022.
