Do you need to order furniture, carpet, custom displays, freight handling services and more for your exhibit booth?
Information on shipping your booth items through DWA Trade Show Services or additional items needed for your booth is included in our Exhibitor Kit. Your 8x10 exhibit booth includes: full Pipe and Drape, a 6' draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, sign, electricity and wireless internet. If you need anything additional, please order this through DWA. If you are shipping your booth, it is strongly recommended by show management to use DWA Trade Show Services as instructed in the kit. If you ship directly to the hotel or GTCC you do so at your own risk. We typically have issues with items shipped direct, outside of our contracted Trade Show vendor, so you will have to find these without our help if you choose not to use our preferred handling provider.
If you choose to ship direct and not use recommended show management freight provider please note:
- If you ship directly to the hotel or GTCC you do so at your own risk
- If frieght is shipped direct to the GTCC and arrives early it will be rejected.
- Anything shipped direct to GTCC during Exhibit move in hours will be subject to additional Material Handling fees
